How does Nervous Releaser help you perform well?

Are you too nervous about performing in crucial situations?
When are you most nervous? Before the speech? Before the examination? Before the meeting? Or when?

How did your nervousness affect your performance? Does it make you forget your words? Speak like a stone? The brain is blank, and the things that have been practiced cant be used well?

And after it, we always blame ourselves: "Why didnt I do that?" "Oh, I forgot to mention that!"

Dont you want to be able to express yourself in a calm state?

So what should we do when were so nervous?
Weve probably tried a lot of things -- deep breathing, scrolling our phone, resting with our eyes closed, meditating -- but how effective are they?
Well... Ive tried all of the above, but its not enough

Many different methods help us relax when were nervous, but I wonder if theres one easiest and most relaxing way to do it?

As I continued to collect relevant information, I found one of the simplest methods humans are born to know how to use -- breathing.

As I collected more information, I selected the best type of breathing - 5.5 Breathing, which means 5.5 breaths per minute. Studies have shown this is the most effective at boosting your Heart rate variability and getting the body into a state of equilibrium. Having more blood flow to your brain allows you to relax and be prepared to perform as you should in crucial situations and achieve the results you want

Tutorial:
The whole App has only 1 breathing technique specially designed for you when you are nervous.

When you are nervous, take this App out and do breathing exercises for 3 minutes or more if time permits, you can see the effect.

Its as simple as that. I hope this App is helpful to you.

And Nervous Releaser saves your breathing sessions to your Apple Health App.
